Order support

If you've placed an order from us using either the SANTI app or a delivery partner such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat and need help, here's what to do.

Orders on Deliveroo

If your order is missing items or has incorrect items, please call us directly on 0208 555 2013 stating your four digit order number.

For anything else, including if your order is late, arrives cold or damaged, please contact Deliveroo support on 020 3699 9977.

 

As Deliveroo take responsibility for getting your order to you, only they will be able to replace or refund your order - unfortunately we aren't able to do this ourselves, and would have to call the same number to report the issue.

We recommend checking your order before the Deliveroo rider leaves, and making sure that the labels on packaging match your order number.

If you ahve a particularly poor experience with your Deliveroo order and the service required, we'd like to hear about it. Please drop us an email on admin@santirestaurant.com and we'd love to pass this to our contacts at Deliveroo to be investigated.

Orders on Uber Eats

If your order is missing items or has incorrect items, please call us directly on 0208 555 2013 stating your first name and order code.

For anything else, including if your order is late, arrives cold or damaged, please contact Uber Eats support using the help section of their app. As Uber Eats take responsibility for getting your order to you, they will be able to replace or refund your order - unfortunately we aren't able to do this ourselves, and don't have a good way of getting in contact with Uber Eats either.

We recommend checking your order before the Uber Eats driver leaves, and making sure that the labels on packaging match your order code.

Orders on the SANTI app

If you've ordered through the SANTI app, you should call us on 0208 555 2013 for any problems, or if you need to make a special dietary request. 

For click & collect orders, we recommend arriving at the collection time given by the app - we'll try to call you if your food is ready any earlier.

For delivery orders, we aim to deliver by the time given on the app - if your order has not arrived within 10 minutes of this time, please call us for an update.

If any items are missing from your order or incorrect, please call us and we will replace these as a priority. If we are unable to offer a resolution over the phone, please email admin@santirestaurant.com and we will make things right.

Please note that during busy periods (Friday and Saturday evenings) there may be a few minutes wait to answer the phone where we are dealing with other customers.
