Too many times, we have seen the term ‘authentic’ be used to describe or promote an experience that would be simply alien to someone in our home country.
With this in mind, from the very beginning, SANTI set out to replicate as closely as possible the experience of a Ristorante Pizzeria that you might find anywhere in Italy.

The restaurant opened in East Village – former Athlete’s Village of the London 2012 Olympic Games – in July 2016 to rave reviews from the local community.
Our menu, developed by talented head chef Francesco Pisani, showcases our favourite dishes from assorted regional cuisines, that we prepare fresh to order. These dishes were selected to carefully represent the broad spectrum of Italian gastronomy, with our alternating weekly specials highlighting lesser-known hidden gems from specific regions of the country.
Having trained in Istituto Alberghiero dei Servizi Turistici e Gastronomici Florenz and Istituto Passerelli as a master of the kitchen, and as a member of Federazioni Italiana Cuochiand, Francesco’s skill and expertise are evidenced in the quality and presentation of every dish that leaves our kitchen.
