Pan Seared Salmon w/ ragu of sugar snaps, peas, carrots, asparagus, red onion, potato, and caper hollandaise

Wood Oven Chicken w/ mascarpone polenta, haricot vert and fennel salad, rosemary chicken jus

Grilled Flat Iron Steak w/ gorgonzola potato tots, sautéed green apple, red wine and bacon reduction
