SANTI RESTAURANT:

Santi is a neighborhood Italian restaurant that brings the traditions and flavors of Italy to life in a modern Sonoma County setting. After 10 years of operation in Geyserville, owner Doug Swett made a move to bring Santi’s beloved food and atmosphere to a newly designed space in the Fountaingrove neighborhood of Santa Rosa. Shawn E Hall Designs has brought the rustic country style of the original Santi, while introducing modern reflections of the Mediterranean landscape into the new space. Chef Douglas Richey’s menu focuses on the classic style of Italian food that has made Santi one of the top restaurants in the Bay Area, showcasing a love of ‘cucina povera’- the peasant cooking of Italy- and featuring items out of Santi’s new wood/gas Forno Bravo oven. The wine list, featuring wines of the American west coast and Italy, is carefully selected to compliment food and provide an interesting range of value oriented options. Santi serves food continuously through lunch, a midday menu, and dinner.
